Lisa Norman is a Nottingham-based self taught artist who works with a variety of mediums. She nurtured her love of art four years ago after catching covid-19. Lisa has been very poorly after covid and art takes her mind away from some of the chronic issues she’s been left with.

Lisa’s artwork is heavily influenced by the beauty of nature - from vibrant florals, local landscapes and fascinating animals. Lisa is fortunate to live near an array of natural landscapes, from the stunning Attenborough nature reserve to historic halls, castles, and parks. While she is still a developing and relatively new artist, Lisa hopes her love and passion for art shows in what she produces. She works in a variety of mediums including ink, acrylic, pastel, coloured pencil, scratchbord and charcoal.

Lisa hosted her first solo exhibition in 2024 at Beeston Library which was an exciting part of her artistic career.
