Hi, My name is Sharon Martin, and I am a self-taught Artist from Royston, Hertfordshire.

I left school with O’ Level Art which was not enough to secure my place at Art college at the time, so for the next 30 years, I gave up on my dream, until my daughter handed me a set of polychromos 2 years ago, and re kindled my love of Drawing.

I now like to work with Soft Pastel , Colour Pencils and Charcoal.

As a child my playground was the countryside and my love of Wildlife and Wild spaces has never left me. I am an advocate for Wildlife Conservation and therefore most of my work depicts Wildlife, however I do Pet Portrait commissions too.

I am a member of the Royston Art Society and exhibit my work in the local exhibitions.
