The Association of Animal Artists create art with a purpose, and every year we select an animal charity to support through exhibition sales and member events through the year. This year our chosen charity is the Bumblebee Conservation Trust. The Bumblebee Conservation Trust was established because of serious concerns about the ‘plight of the bumblebee’. In the last 80 years our bumblebee populations have crashed. Two species have become nationally extinct and several others have declined dramatically. Bumblebees are familiar and much-loved insects that pollinate our crops and wildflowers, so people are rightly worried. The AAA are holding an online auction to raise as much money as we can to help the BBCT. If you would like to bid on one of the postcards below follow the link below and place your bid. The auction will end on the 30th October 2019 and the successful bids will be contacted via email. Good luck and thank you for helping us to support our Charity of The Year 2019.
