Art Fairs

Our periodic art meeting days, these are usually held at a location of interest such as an animal related charity or an exhibition venue. Members are invited to bring along artwork for display and sale. Depending on the venue, there may also be the opportunity for members to hold art demonstrations, and these events present an ideal opportunity for artists to talk to the general public as well as a chance to chat to other members of the Association.

Art Fair days are arranged on an ad hoc basis and are publicized to members in advance. There is normally a small charge to attend and a small commission may be charged on sales. Proceeds of the day are split, with a significant donation being made to the charity hosting the event.

The AAA normally holds a couple of Art Fair events each year, in aid of a wide variety of charitable organisations including World Horse Welfare and the The Pollyanna Pickering Foundation. Events are open to members only and are publicised in advance via the “News and Events” section, and by e-mail.

Open to members only.
