I have been drawing my whole life. I have a deep love and passion for animals. The pencils I use are Faber Castell Polychromos. They are high quality artist pencils and are one of the most light-fast mediums to use. This means they do not fade over time.
I worked as a Zoo Keeper for 10 years and got to experience some amazing encounters with some incredible creatures. I live in New Zealand and have travelled to many zoos over the world. I have donated a lot of my time and artwork to conservation programs over the years, and continue to do so. My main passion is wildlife art, however my main source of income is Pet Portraits, of which I have done hundreds and some hang on people's walls all over the world."
