Hello and thank you for taking a look at my art.
I paint a wide range of subjects from animals and portraits, landscapes and seascapes, abstract and realistic.
It is interesting to work in a variety of mediums including acrylic, pastel, coloured pencil and watercolour. As an animal lover it has been my pleasure to paint all types of animals, and it has been my honour to be able to provide lasting memories of people’s pets for them in artistic form.
As a largely self taught artist I have enjoyed my journey of discovery of art since taking retirement from my teaching career after 36 years, and being able to fully focus on my love of art and music.
My paintings have been exhibited and I have received recognition for my work. This has given me the encouragement to progress my work and also to help other budding artists start their own journey into art through private and group classes.
